ARE YOUR ITEMS RESTORED?  WHAT DOES PRELOVED MEAN?
A little (re)love goes a long way. All out items are gently worn and/or previously owned.  Sometimes they can be brand new, purchased yet never used (so still previously owned) all the way to showing a lot of use but still has a lot of life remaining!  However we never alter, restore, upcycle, or change the item as this could impact the authenticity. Passing along from members of the YOLO community like you, helps to keep bags out of landfills and reduces our impact on the environment—part of our commitment to doing better for the planet (and all of us). A feel-good find, it’s your chance to get one of our most-loved styles if you missed out the first time. Wear it, love it, pass it on.

CURIOUS ABOUT CONSIGNMENT?
What does consignment mean?  Here's a great explanation sourced from Huffington Post: "Consignment shops provide a way for a store to sell [accessories] for you. As the seller, you bring your [items] to the shop and the owner decides how much each piece is worth and prices it accordingly.  When and if a customer buys the [item], the seller and the owner of the shop will each get a profit".  Essentially consignment takes the hassle out of selling things yourself, and you get the benefit of the marketing and customer exposure provided by the store. We do!  We are offering gift wrapping for a limited time, while supplies last.  You can easily add it to your order.  Select the gift wrapping option in your cart. Please note that this may add processing time to order.  More info can be found HERE.  

SHIPPING INFORMATION?
Our goal is to process your order quickly and ensure its safe delivery. 
We currently ship throughout the continental USA and Canada.  We offer flat rate shipping fees on all domestic orders. Orders shipping to Canada incur carrier calculated shipping costs based on the destination.
Canada shoppers: All duties and customs costs are the responsibility of the customer at the time of receipt, and are not included in the cost of your order.

HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
Every shipment is tracked. Once your item is shipped, we send a tracking number to the email you provided at checkout.

CAN I PICK UP MY PURCHASE?
YES! If you are in the Jacksonville FL area, we can arrange for FREE local delivery or pickup of your item once payment has cleared.

Otherwise, we ship throughout the continental USA and to Canada.

DO I HAVE TO PAY SALES TAX?
If you are in Florida, yes. If you are outside of Florida, you do not have to pay sales tax.

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
You may cancel an order as long as your order has not shipped. Cancelled orders are assessed a 5% processing fee, which will be deducted from the order total. Once the item has shipped, your purchase cannot be cancelled.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

CURIOUS ABOUT OUR CONDITION RATING?
We share as much information as possible via photos and info on each item.  Because all of our items are pre-owned, there may be variable condition on each item.  PLEASE inspect all items carefully and contact us with any questions prior to purchase as there are NO RETURNS.  You can find an amazing deal, but the condition could be a tradeoff - so be sure you are happy with what you see prior to confirming your sale.  
Here are our condition ranking options:

LIKE NEW
Item rating of "Like New" condition appears to have never been worn and is in pristine condition.
EXCELLENT
Item rating of "Excellent" condition appears to rarely have been worn and either shows negligible to light wear or does not show any noticeable wear visible to the naked eye.
VERY GOOD
Item rating of "Very Good" condition has been worn frequently, but has been well maintained and has still has a lot of life in it; it shows only light to moderate stains/marks, fraying, or scratches. If you are a Value seeker, this rating might be for you!
GOOD
Item rating of "Good" condition has been worn regularly; it shows visible signs of wear both interior and exterior, possibly including handles, corners, and edges. If you are seeking both Value and Deal, this rating might be for you!
FAIR
Item rating of "Fair" condition has heavy wear on at least one or more parts of the bag; it shows noticeable wear both interior and exterior, possibly including handles, corners, and edges. Fair condition items are the best opportunity to save significantly. If you are a Deal seeker, this rating might be for you!

Be sure to carefully inspect all items photos and description. Feel free to ask questions prior to ordering, particularly on the lower rated pre-owned items as all purchases are final.
